We’re turning up the volume at The Beach Bar Cape Town – pouring the bubbles, and celebrating our birthday in true coastal style! From Thursday, 30 October to Saturday, 1 November 2025, we’re throwing The Ultimate Birthday Weekend – three full days of live entertainment, themed events, and unforgettable food and drink experiences.
Think ocean breeze, beach sand under your feet, sunset cocktails, and Cape Town’s best crowd coming together to toast another incredible year at the bar that started it all.
Thursday, 30 October – The Beach Bar Cape Town Supper Club
We’re kicking off our birthday weekend with a touch of elegance at our monthly Supper Club – featuring live violin and fine dining.
From 6PM, you’ll be treated to a glass of Boschendal bubbles on arrival, followed by a four-course set menu that showcases local flavour and flair.
Highlights include:
- On arrival: Cauliflower spoom with crispy duck, truffled mushroom tortellini
- Starters: Lobster prawn pops or burrata salad with walnuts, apple & baby marrow
- Mains: Curried lamb rump with herbed yoghurt or spicy seafood choppino pasta
- Dessert: Granadilla mango sorbet and Cape-style koesisters with butterscotch cream

Friday, 31 October – The Beach Bar Cape Town halloween party
Friday night gets spooky (and fabulous) with our Halloween Party in Cape Town! From 6PM, The Beach Bar transforms into a hauntingly beautiful scene filled with eerie décor, vintage touches, and non-stop energy! We will be having an extended happy hour on Friday from 4pm – 8pm…
Don’t forget to enter our Best Dressed Costume Contest – there are prizes for the most creative looks!
Whether you come to dress up, for the food, or the dance floor, one thing’s for sure: it’ll be a frightfully fun night to remember.
Saturday, 1 November – The Beach Bar Cape Town Birthday Bash
And now… the main event – our birthday bash! From 12PM to midnight, we’re throwing a full-day celebration packed with good vibes, great food, and even better company.
Enjoy Happy Hour specials ALL DAY from 12pm till 8PM, a tapas menu, and an outdoor Cocktail Bar.
We’ll be screening Japan vs Springboks live on our big screen indoors as well as outdoors, so no reason to miss our birthday 😉
